Spiced Cauliflower



INGREDIENTS

1 cauliflower, split into small florets (including the outer leaves)

2 tsp curry powder

1/2 tsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp turmeric

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional) 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tsp roughly chopped fresh thyme leaves 2 tsp lime juice Salt to taste

PREPERATION

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

2. Toss the cauliflower and the curry powder, olive oil, crushed red pepper, coriander powder, turmeric and salt and mix it well.

2. Roast the cauliflower for 15-20 minutes.

3. Transfer to the serving bowl and add the lime juice and mix it well.
