Grain Free Oatmeal
1/3 Cup of Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
1/4 Cup of Hemp Seeds
1 Tbsp of Coconut Flour
1/2 Cup of Water
1/4 Cup of Coconut Milk
2 Tbsp of Cocoa Powder
1 tsp of Monk Fruit Sweetener
1. Place all of the ingredients in a pot over high heat. Coconut
2. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer until all of the liquid has been absorbed.
3. Serve warm with desired toppings, such as berries, nuts, seeds and extra toasted coconut. Best when fresh, though leftovers keep covered in the refrigerator 2-3 days. Reheat in a 350° F oven, or the microwave.
